Plan a fun activity together from the list above. Cut him slack to do his thing once in a while, and you call a girlfriend to have coffee this month.
Jon loves to watch football and sports center and I cannot stand watching those but at the same time he hates it when I read so we have come to the understanding to spend time together during these times I will read while he watches his shows. It does help. Jon also loves playing softball. I'm not good by any means but I like to go watch him play which is a lot of fun. jon works hard and I realize something he doesn't want the wifey tag along and he just wants to hang with his buddies and do guy things. Which is fine then I can do my girly things.
